A new website is $500 for 5 pages or less and $50 for each additional page. The price includes photos and standard forms. There are extra fees for videos, custom forms, etc. 

If you already have a website, the redesign cost is based on the number of pages you currently have and the updates you want to make. You will need to answer the following questions.

1. What is your main reason for wanting to work with a new web designer?
2. Do you own your domain name and have access to it?
3. Is it ok to change your website hosting?
4. Do you want access to your website to make your own changes?

After receiving all your content and payment, the approximate turn around time for an average website is about a week.

REALLY? More than half of all web traffic now comes from smart phones and tablets. All websites should detect the type of device used for viewing and automatically shift the content to give the optimal user experience.

Of course my websites are responsive! Business websites even have the flexibility to have different content displayed per device.

If you don't have your own images, I can search and select from thousands of high-quality stock images to use.

Hosting is part of the website platform and is paid separately. You cannot use any other hosting. There is not a hosting contract but a 30-day cancellation notice is required. If you pay for the year, you will not receive a pro-rated refund. SEE PRICING

You can make some edits and upload pictures but the screen width is too small to do any major work.

NO - If for any reason you no longer want to do business with me, you can manage your own website. You have to keep the website on the same platform. You cannot export it to another provider.
